Entered the Insurance business in 1975 with his dad, Russ and grandfather, Dean. Currently he is the President of the company and works with our Commercial Clients. He is dedicated to his clients and is one of the first ones on scene when a large claim arises. You will see him around town supporting local business and advocating to improve the community we work in and have grown up in.

Ed has spent 35 of his 40-year insurance career on the NH Seacoast. At the time of the merger, Ed was leading the D.B. Warlick Agency as president. As a trusted leader, Ed provides guidance to existing clients and secures new accounts for the newly merged agencies. In his spare time, he enjoys boating, participating in local pool leagues and tournaments, and playing tennis and golf. He has served on the board of the Warwick Club and multiple insurance company councils. 

Diane’s career began during the biggest Blizzard to hit the Northeast, learning quickly having the right coverage in place and being there to help her clients is what matters most.  Joining Tobey & Merrill in 1981, Diane gained experience in both Sales & Service advancing into VP of Operations by earning her CIC, AAI, AIS, CISR and CPIW insurance designations. She enjoys cooking, gardening, reading and play time with her adorable Yellow Lab. 

Joined in 2017 as the 4th Generation of Tobey & Merrill Insurance. She approaches her advice with clients through education since everyone has unique needs. Kim is using technology to think outside of the box, while still providing the hands-on relationship with her clients.

Eddie spent 7 years at MMG Insurance before joining his father, Ed Young at D.B. Warlick Insurance in 2024.  Now, with the transition of D.B. into Tobey & Merrill, Eddie oversees the development and management of insurance policies for businesses. Outside work, Eddie values time with his family in the Seacoast, Mountains, and Lakes Region of NH, where they enjoy boating, paddleboarding, and the stunning mountain scenery.

Sandy has been with D.B. Warlick (now Tobey & Merrill) since 2013 where she sells and services personal lines insurance products including home, auto, umbrella, and recreational vehicles. When not at work, Sandy is an avid reader who loves to travel and play golf.

New to D.B. Warlick / Tobey & Merrill in 2024, but not so new to the insurance industry, Rachel has been in the insurance industry for over four decades. As a licensed agent, Rachel is happy to provide exceptional customer service from quoting new insurance products to resolving issues. When not at work, Rachel loves spending time with her husband, reading, and crafting.

Don has been serving both personal and commercial clients with their insurance protection needs since 2001, proudly working to find the best coverage and insurance solutions for all his clients. If you’ve ever been to St. John’s, tell Don! It’s his favorite vacation spot and would love to chat with you about it.  When not vacationing or working, Don loves to stay active by going to the gym, mountain biking, and skiing.

Kirsten joined the D.B. Warlick team in February, 2025 just ahead of their transition to Tobey & Merrill.  Kirsten manages business insurance accounts with a focus on habitational risks where she prides herself on providing great service with a touch of humor.  Outside of work, Kirsten enjoys spending time with her daughter, significant other, and friends, and hopes to be traveling abroad in the not-too-distant future.

Lillian has been with D.B. Warlick (now Tobey & Merrill) for over 30 years. In her role, Lillian manages commercial insurance accounts by resolving their moderate and complex protection needs. Outside of work, Lillian enjoys spending time with friends, going to her local gym, and vacationing.  Favorite trips she’s taken include Alaska, Hawaii and the Caribbean Islands.

Debbie has been with Tobey & Merrill Insurance since 1978 and has a wide range of knowledge from the many positions throughout her life from the receptionist to personal lines to commercial lines and now claims specialist.

Ed has been in the commercial field for over 25 years. He enjoys the variety of clients and the challenge of finding the right fit for each business. Ed enjoys running road races around New England and at Disney!

Johanna joined in 2014 and is an expert at Billing with all of our carriers. She is detail oriented and perfect to finding solutions for all our clients. Johanna is passionate about her Scotland heritage and recently took a trip to her ancestral homeland.

Started at Tobey & Merrill Insurance 29 years ago and we are so proud of her to receive AAI Designation in 2018. Outside of work she loves to read, garden and go to Disney World on vacation.

Tricia spent five years in employee benefits with Davis & Towle Ins. Group before joining D.B Warlick (now Tobey & Merrill) in 2023 to work in commercial lines. She loves developing relationships with her clients and that no two days are the same. When away from work, you can find her spending time with her fiancé and two children, going to live shows, and celebrating Halloween year-round.

Sammy joined the Tobey & Merrill team in September 2025 as a Commercial Lines Account Manager, responsible for servicing and managing business clients’ insurance needs. Outside of work, Sammy enjoys playing golf and hanging out with his dogs.

Has been in the insurance business over 30 years providing excellent service and making sure her clients insurance needs are seamless. Linda works closely with the real estate industry and is an affiliate member of The Seacoast Board of Realtors.

Joined our Personal Line team in 2017 and advocates for our clients with our carriers while learning the ever changing rules of insurance. He enjoys spending time with his wife at their daughter at many sporting events.
